Description
Spider is a collection of lamps designed by Joe Colombo for Oluce. This is the Spider Table version.
The balance between technical precision and formal research comes to life in a collection that deeply marked lighting design in the 1960s. The Spider lamp, with its clear graphic style, forms a collection that still retains its modernity and strong architectural value today.
Made of metal and aluminum, the Spider lamps are offered in different finishes, and are available from Oluce in table lamp and floor lamp versions. The adjustable reflector, designed around a light source with a G9 base, allows light to be directed with precision thanks to a joint system that accompanies its movement naturally.
Perfect for living areas, studies, reading zones, and contract spaces, the Spider lamp interprets light as an architectural and functional element, so much so that it was awarded the Compasso d'Oro in 1967. This collection participated in the historic exhibition at the MoMA in New York dedicated to contemporary Italian design.
