Is Agati the official reseller of the products it sells on its e-commerce?

Certainly. All the products on the site come directly from the manufacturers' factories.

Shipping, what are the times and costs?


Shipping has a standard cost of 10 Euros for orders under 250 Euros, which is automatically applied to the cart at the time of purchase. Shipping is to be considered FREE for all orders that have amounts equal to or greater than 250 Euros. Our goods take about 24/48 working hours to arrive at their destination, compatibly with warehouse availability.
Agati cannot predict any delays to be attributed to third parties, such as couriers or suppliers.

Can I choose the type of delivery?

On our site, a delivery by road is included in the shipping costs. In case of different needs, such as a delivery to the floor, just contact our staff at shop@agati.it using the standard form . We will be happy to meet your needs.

Can I ask for a special quotation for the purchase of a product? Or again, is it possible to request a personalized quote for a large supply of material?

To facilitate your purchases as much as possible, we have created an Estimates Area that will allow you to have a special relationship with our company in a simple and direct way. To request a personalized quote, just go to the desired product and click on Request a Quote. You will thus have access to an area of ​​your personal account with a list of all the requests you wish to forward.
Once the request has been sent, just wait to be contacted by our staff who will process your personalized quotation on the products you want as soon as possible.

Can I pay by cash on delivery?

The cash on delivery method of payment is not provided in our e-commerce.
You can proceed with the purchase of the items through secure circuits, such as PayPal and bank transfer. Here you can find all the information.

Can I cancel an order?

The order is processed immediately, so it can be canceled within 24 hours. In any case, the customer can validate the Right of Withdrawal or contact our staff at shop@agati.it .

Does Agati also ship outside Italy?

Agati.it sells its products in EU countries. If your country is not among those selectable at checkout, contact our customer service at shop@agati.it for a quote on shipping costs.
