Description
Coupé is a collection of lamps designed by Joe Colombo for Oluce. This version is Coupé Table.
The family of Coupé lamps brings to everyday life a design vision capable of combining formal rigor, functionality, and visual character without excess. Born in the late 1960s, the Coupé lamp is an expression of industrial design, characterized by a balance that transforms a technical gesture into a recognizable and timeless aesthetic sign.
The Coupé lamps are made of metal and aluminum, materials that maintain the distinctive feature of the adjustable shade. The system connecting the stem and the diffuser allows the light beam to be modulated naturally, adapting the light to the different needs of the space. This lamp project was awarded the International Design Award in 1968.
Available as a table lamp, floor lamp, and wall lamp, the Coupé lamp by Oluce is offered with exciting finishes that enhance the purity of its forms and the versatility of the design. The Coupé lamp fits naturally into contemporary living spaces, reading nooks, professional studios, and contract environments.
