Description
Fregio is a family of lamps designed by Andrea Anastasio for Foscarini. Shown here in the Fregio Pendant version.
The Fregio pendant lamp is a true piece of furniture that blends craftsmanship and innovation in a composition with a strong aesthetic impact. Designed as a genuine light sculpture, it arises from the meeting between precious bas-reliefs in hand-crafted glazed ceramic and LED technology, creating a fascinating dialogue between tradition and contemporaneity. The decorative surfaces, inspired by the historic moulds of the Gatti workshop in Faenza, give the lamp a unique character that enriches spaces even when it is switched off.
Thanks to its direct and indirect lighting, Fregio gives off an intense yet comfortable light, perfect for enhancing dining tables, kitchen islands, desks and contract spaces. The upper opal diffuser and the lower louvre reduce glare, ensuring a high level of visual comfort, while the aluminium body and metal details create an elegant contrast with the texture of the ceramic. Available in white, grey-blue and dark red finishes, this pendant lamp fits naturally into both modern interiors and more refined spaces.
Choosing the Fregio lamp by Foscarini means furnishing with an iconic object that tells the story of Italian craftsmanship through form, light and material. Its original design, built on the contrast between solids and voids, craftsmanship and technology, transforms any room into an elegant space full of personality. Ideal for anyone looking for a designer pendant lamp that can light efficiently and become the absolute centrepiece of the décor.
