All products sold by agati.it are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/02 . To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the receipt that he will receive inside the package or the invoice (or the DDT). By accepting the purchase contract, the customer declares to take note of the Assistance methods in force at the time of the use of Warranty Assistance, which he accepts. The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided according to the methods illustrated in the documentation inside the product packaging.
